On Monday, June 18th WegoWise was recognized by Mass High Tech as one of five start-up companies to watch. WegoWise is a company that provides online, automated utility use tracking and benchmarking to affordable housing and other property managers, owners and funders. BCC developed the WegoWise tool and business in conjunction with New Ecology and Thinkify. WegoWise now has one of the largest databases of its kind in the country, with data on more than 125 million square feet of space in the multi-family housing market and is adding about 500 new buildings per month.
