The Washington Post's "Wonkblog" Calls SUN "A National Model To Fight Blight"

Boston Community Capital's Stabilizing Urban Neighborhoods (SUN) Initiative was recently featured in "A Boston program aiding foreclosed homeowners could be a national model for fighting blight", a Wonkblog post by Dina ElBoghdady.

In the blog post, ElBoghdady, The Washington Post's reporter for housing policy, suggests that SUN could be a national solution for homeowners who are underwater on their mortgages. She tells the story of the Barrett family in Massachusetts, who bought their home back with a 34% reduction of their mortgage principal through SUN.
