BlueHub Capital is a 30-year-old nonprofit community development financial institution (CDFI) that has invested over $1 billion to build healthy communities where low-income people live and work, creating and expanding access to affordable housing, community health resources, education and child care, sustainable energy initiatives, quality jobs and vibrant arts and culture.

Jacqui joined BlueHub Capital in January 2016 as an Intake Specialist and MLO Trainee. As Intake Specialist, Jacqui conducted client phone inquiries with homeowners seeking to save their homes from foreclosure through SUN. She helped these clients move along in the process by scheduling appointments to speak with loan officers. Jacqui is training to become a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer for BlueHub SUN and is now in the role of Closing Coordinator, helping families through the process of repurchasing on their homes.

Linda joined BlueHub Capital as an underwriter in August of 2015 and now leads the Outreach team.

Before joining BlueHub Capital, Linda worked for several mortgage lenders as far back as 1989 and went on to become an attorney. Her law degree focused on Real Estate Law. During her internship at Neighborhood Legal Services in Lawrence, MA, she provided counseling to low-income families facing foreclosure and was introduced to the work of BlueHub SUN.

Justin DeAngelis joined BlueHub Capital and BlueHub SUN as a Negotiator in 2015. Justin negotiates the purchase of SUN residential properties with lenders and services, which are in turn sold back to their original occupants. He also works to resolve delinquency issues with current borrowers as a member of the Loss Mitigation team.
