As a negotiator, Dan works with individuals who have experienced temporary financial hardship to obtain relief from foreclosure and eviction.  He negotiates short sales and purchases of real estate owned (REO) properties from servicers and lenders which are then sold back to the occupant at fair market value using sustainable financing. Dan is also a member of the closing team.  He has a background in real estate title work and assists in resolving outstanding issues that may impact the closing. 

Gary is a licensed mortgage loan officer (NMLS # 1370029). As a loan officer, Gary assesses applications from applicants to determine if they are eligible to repurchase their homes through BlueHub SUN. Gary also works on outreach efforts for SUN, connecting with housing counselors and homeowners to get the word out about SUN's foreclosure-relief work.

Emily Kaminsky comes to BlueHub Capital with a diverse community economic development background with a focus on small business finance, nonprofit development, and grant management. At BlueHub Capital, Emily is responsible for maintaining compliance and completing required reporting for federal awards and institutional investments.

The following letter to the editor was sent to The Boston Globe by our Board Chair, Charles Clark, and published today on page A16. This letter is in response to The Globe's recent article about MA Attorney General Martha Coakley and Boston Community Capital CEO Elyse Cherry.

Elisabeth Davis currently serves as a Loan Officer at BlueHub Capital. In this position, she manages business development, credit analysis, and transaction structuring across asset classes. Prior to this role, she led the design and build out of BlueHub's organizational-wide Salesforce system. Before joining BlueHub in 2014, Elisabeth served on the leadership team at a multi-million dollar youth development initiative for the City of Boston, where she oversaw finance and administration, development, and database implementation.

Lauren joined BlueHub Capital as a mortgage underwriter in October 2014.  In this role, she reviews loan applications and works closely with clients to ensure that their loans are structured to be appropriate and sustainable.
