Boston Community Capital’s SUN Initiative was recently featured inThe Washington Post article, “A model to save foreclosed homes?” The article, written by Danielle Douglas, describes SUN as a potential solution to the foreclosure crisis which continues to plague Maryland and other parts of the country.
Douglas interviewed Boston Community Capital CEO Elyse Cherry and two Massachusetts families who worked with the SUN Initiative to save their homes. She also spoke with a Maryland nonprofit eager to see the SUN model expand to Maryland and other communities across the country.
