As Loan Officer, Jennifer conducts business development, credit analysis, transaction structuring and ongoing portfolio management. Previously, she served as Strategic Initiatives Manager supporting new outreach and research initiatives across the organization.
Prior to joining BlueHub Capital, Jennifer was the National Worker Center Coordinator at the AFL-CIO where she developed strategic collaborations with community partners and supported state and federal policy efforts for low-wage workers. Jennifer has worked on civic innovation initiatives with the City of Cambridge and policy research with the International Federation of Domestic Workers. Her experience spans multiple fields including labor, community development, municipal government and philanthropy. She has served as an Opportunity Finance Fellow, a New Leaders Council Fellow and a Philanthropy Connection Fellow.
Jennifer holds a B.A. from Yale University and an M.P.P from the Harvard Kennedy School.
