The Providence Journal recently highlighted the SUN Initiative, a program of Boston Community Capital, as a solution for homeowners facing foreclosure in the state of Rhode Island. SUN expanded to offer foreclosure relief to families in Rhode Island in early 2014, following success in helping Massachusetts and Maryland homeowners repurchase their homes at a mortgage that they can afford.
