Boston Community Capital has provided $3 million in financing to WegoWise, which will power the expansion of WegoWise's innovative utility data intelligence platform to the commercial real estate market, providing utility tracking and benchmarking solutions to commercial buildings. The financing round builds on a previous $1.9 million investment from Boston Community Capital and will also support WegoWise's continued momentum in the multifamily and single family markets.
"WegoWise's pioneering model is transforming how the real estate industry manages energy use," said Elyse Cherry, CEO of Boston Community Capital. "By making it easier for building owners to seize impressive ROI from efficiency, WegoWise has emerged as a clear leader in the fast-growing utility management industry."
