CDFI Fund Awards BCLF $1.45 Million

The CDFI Fund announced $187 million in awards to 210 organizations through its CDFI Program and its Native American CDFI Assistance Program.  This represents the largest single announcement of award dollars and award recipients in the CDFI Fund’s history. Boston Community Loan Fund (BCLF) will receive $1.45 million of the CDFI Fund Award.  BCLF will use the grant to support credit enhancement for its predevelopment and collateral gap lending to community facilities.  This award represents BCLF’s seventh CDFI Fund award and BCC’s tenth (not including its six NMTC allocations).
