Tyrrell highlights BCC's SUN Initiative as a solution for New Jersey families and neighborhoods facing foreclosure, like new SUN homeowner Martin Gonzalez of Elizabeth. Gonzalez calls SUN, which helped him repurchase his home with a 32% reduction of his original mortgage principal balance, "a miracle."
