The Stabilizing Urban Neighborhoods (SUN) Initiative is now open for business in New Jersey! Since 2009, SUN has helped homeowners to repurchase their homes, counteracting the ill-effects of foreclosure and vacancy in our communities, and preventing the eviction of over 600 families. SUN works in Massachusetts, Maryland, Rhode Island, Illinois, and now, New Jersey.
