How BlueHub SUN works:

BlueHub SUN’s program, the first and only of its kind, offers financing to qualified borrowers who are committed to maintaining a regular payment schedule.

We refinance or buy your home before eviction occurs, then resell the property back to you on the same day with a mortgage you can afford. Here’s what to expect from the BlueHub SUN process:  

STEP ONE

Call our intake team at 844-444-3SUN (3786) or inquire here. We will discuss your situation and potential next steps.

STEP TWO

One of our Mortgage Loan Officers will request additional information and review your eligibility for pre-qualification. If approved, you’ll complete the necessary documents and loan application. There is no application fee.

STEP THREE

BlueHub SUN will determine how much you can borrow and assess the current market value of your home. Once you are approved for financing, we will begin negotiations with your current lender or initiate refinancing, as appropriate.  

STEP FOUR

If negotiations are successful, we will begin the underwriting process, then move to closing if your loan is cleared.

STEP FIVE

You will hold a new, 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage and enter a shared appreciation arrangement with BlueHub SUN. You will be responsible for closing costs and for making your bi-weekly or monthly mortgage payments.
